Most audio gear released today has a Bluetooth connection option allowing you to easily stream music.

I recently spent a couple of weeks comparing two new wireless streamers, the Arylic S10 and the WiiM Mini.

Following the review, I found it hard to go back and listen to streaming music via Bluetooth as everything sounded thin and flat.

Why? Well, Bluetooth audio has to compress the audio signal much more than a wireless streamer which is connected to your home's wifi, providing more bandwidth, allowing for higher resolution streaming.

Wireless streamers help bring the life back to music, especially if you listen with services like Apple Music and Tidal. They allow you to hear better bass performance and more detail without having to crank the volume knob because you just can't quite hear that guitar solo you remember in your favorite song while listening via Bluetooth.

Even better, these wireless streamers are extremely affordable.

Personally, I prefer the sound of the WiiM Mini and its ability to connect it to an external DAC, but I also really like the options, like a remote control, that are provided with the Arylic S10.
